We will create a detailed budget for the final experience concepts, review the numbers line by line and make adjustments as needed.
We will design a signage strategy and work with your designer to create the files we need. We will coordinate the print and assembly of all physical assets such as workbooks, name badges, lanyards and wayfinding. We will compile all design files for digital assets such as slides, motion graphics and video.
We will coordinate catering and curate custom menus based on your specific needs for staff, crew and attendees.
We will communicate with outside talent including emcees, presenters and entertainment involved in your experience to ensure their needs are met from travel to technology.
For events held at an offsite venue, we will work with local hotels to negotiate a courtesy room block with a discounted room rate for your attendees, staff and talent.
We will handle all shipping and receiving of all supplies leading up to the event. On the day of the event, we will load in all gear and equipment and coordinate any arrivals from third party vendors.
We will set up all areas of the event from registration, attendee seating, stageset, audio visual equipment, production office, staff, speaker and VIP lounges.
We will train your staff and volunteers to ensure everyone is equipped with the information and tools they need during the event.
We will manage all audio and visual areas for the event including a stage manager, lighting technicians and a video team if applicable.
